Clinic 3: T @ 4:00pm / Th @ 6:15pm
Drop-off, co-ed 45 minute session working on building foundational strength with a focus on the three main lifts: Squat, Bench & Deadlift. Students will learn proper form and technique with an emphasis on mind/muscle connection for better overall body control, increasing power and strength, and lessening risk of injury. Sessions are 2-3 students max, allowing personal attention to form and individual progression. Students will leave stronger, more confident and with skills that will translate onto the field.
*Students should be prepared with comfortable gym-appropriate clothing, sneakers and water.
