4 WEEK STUDENT STRENGTH CLINICS

Next Clinics begin July 5, 2022 

Clinic 1:  Mondays/Thursdays @ 10am - CLINIC FULL
Clinic 2: Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 7:45am 
Clinic 3: Tuesdays/Fridays @ 8:30am
Clinic 4: Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 2:30pm - CLINIC FULL
Clinic 5: Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 4:00pm


Drop-off, co-ed 45 minute session working on building foundational strength with a focus on the three main lifts: Squat, Bench & Deadlift.  Students will learn proper form and technique with an emphasis on mind/muscle connection for better overall body control, increasing power and strength, and lessening risk of injury. Sessions are 2-3 students max, allowing personal attention to form and individual progression. Students will leave stronger, more confident and with skills that will translate onto the field. 

*Students should be prepared with comfortable gym-appropriate clothing, sneakers and water.
