At your initial consultation we will go over your goals, current exercise & diet regimen, and review any past and current medical concerns. Your Starting Points Assessment will consist of basic movement evaluations to determine natural form and technique, and 4 point body composition test and basal metabolic rate determination through the use of our non-invasive ultrasound technology.
Throughout your journey, you will be working with our team of fitness professionals, allowing you to always progress, never get bored and never get stagnant.
