Have you ever been excited to start a new routine, joined a gym, then suddenly realized you don’t know what to do or where to begin?
Our goal is to avoid that scenario by including an equipment orientation with your membership, as well as 3 jump-starter sessions. We will also help track your progress through complimentary fitness evaluations that you can book at your convenience.
You can expect your equipment orientation to take about 45 minutes. At your EO, we will get "starting points", including medical history, measurements, and current weight. We will discuss any questions you might have about setting up a routine, and gather necessary information if you plan on utilizing your 3 complimentary sessions right away. From there, we will take you through our equipment and make sure you are comfortable setting the proper weight, and adjusting the machines to your height.
Your membership includes 3 complimentary jump-starter sessions. At your EO, we would have discussed some of your goals, the number of days per week you intend on training, and your current fitness level. With this information, we will put you through a 45 minute, basic workout around those parameters. These workouts are chosen to best fit your situation, but are not customized specifically for you. They are intended as jump-starter workouts to get you organized and moving. You are expected to bring a notebook to write our the workout as we go through it, including any cheats you may need to remember the exercises. Some use all 3 workouts in one week, developing better rounded routine, while some use 1 or 2 sessions, and save the other to use at a later time. It's entirely up to you!
